When you create your account AND when you place an order, please make sure your address info is correct and accurate - including any apartment numbers, etc.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is given by any customer or dropshipper, and the package is returned to Alexis Creations because of this, it will be the responsibility of the customer or dropshipper to pay the additional shipping costs to resend it to the correct address. This includes an incomplete address that doesn't list an apartment number. We will issue an Invoice for the additional shipping cost to resend it.
We will notify you by email the day the package is returned to us and issue the additional Invoice to resend the package to you. You will need to email us your correct address and pay the Invoice within three (3) business days. If the Invoice for the second shipping attempt isn't paid within three (3) business days, a refund via Paypal will be issued for the item(s) and no further attempt will be made to resend/send your order out. HOWEVER, if the item was customized (embroidery, dog's name, etc.), and the additional Shipping Charges Invoice is NOT paid, there will be NO REFUND for the item, period. There will be no refunds for the original shipping costs - the refund will be for the items only.

Our shopping cart is set up to ship via the USPS Priority Mail system for shipments within the United States. The cost is $8.75 per order.
For Int'l Priority Mail service to Canada or Mexico, the cost is $25.00. These choices will be available at checkout and are "per order," and not based on the weight of the shipment. With the USPS services, package tracking is available and is automatically provided by email at time of shipment. .
Shipping - International
If placing a large order, an additional shipping charge may apply. Please contact us BEFORE placing a large order.
For international shipping we use USPS International Priority Mail, where the service is available. Following is a partial list of countries that accept Global Priority Mail shipments: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
If your country does not accept USPS International Priority Mail/shipments, we can arrange Air Parcel Post or Global Express shipments on an individual basis.
If selecting the USPS International Priority Mail shipping option at checkout, please note that there are two different rates. One applies to shipments ONLY to Canada and Mexico ($25.00). The other applies to all other countries that have USPS International Priority Mail service, including Australia ($42.00) There may be an additional $2.00 shipping cost added to help defray supplies costs like ink, packing tape, etc..
We strive to ensure that the quality of our products is excellent, but in the case that an item you ordered from Alexis Creations does not meet your expectations, our Return Policy is outlined below.
All returns must be made within seven (7) days of receiving the merchandise. The day count starts as the date shown as received by you from the courier delivery (usually Post Office). There will be a 20% restocking fee for items determined by us to be eligible for a refund or credit.
However, if you wish to exchange for a different size, no restocking fee will be levied.
If the item being returned appears to have actually been worn by the animal, there will be no refund, as the item can't be resold.
Please note: Shipping charges are NOT refundable. In addition, if you exchange for a different size, you are responsible for ALL additional shipping charges. If the merchandise needs to be
exchanged for a different size, we ask that you not only pay to ship the incorrect sized item back to us, but include the appropriate amount for shipping the replacement item back to you. Payment will also need to include the additional dollar amount listed on the website for that product in a larger size. I will send a PayPal Invoice for the shipping and price differences.
Non-defective correct sized merchandise must be in original purchase condition with the original packaging intact, and include the original receipt/invoice/packing slip (make a copy for your own
records). We will issue a refund or credit upon acceptance and inspection of returned merchandise.
- Custom orders which have Embroidery with special names or sayings are not refundable.
- Custom orders which have Embroidery of sayings that I can resell may be refunded at my discretion and a 20% Restocking Fee will apply. However, if you choose to purchase another size and pay the additional shipping charges, I will usually allow an exchange. If you need to go to a larger size, you will also need to pay the sizing difference. You will also need to pay the additional cost for new Embroidery - usually between $10-$15. I will send you a PayPal Invoice with the total costs and once that is paid, your item will be added to my sewing queue and made in the order it came in.

In cases of return, you must obtain an RMA number prior to returning the product. E-mail us
with your name, your order number (invoice number on your invoice), the size and name of the product, and the specific problem you have encountered. You will be responsible for return shipping expenses, unless otherwise noted.
Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted, and a credit will not be issued.
